I owe an outstanding balance from my undergraduate program therefore, I am not able to obtain an official transcript but the director of the program is willing to verify and present a letter of completion from the NSW program. Would this be acceptable while waiting to satisfy my outstanding bill to be able to complete my higher education?

How much is the tuition?
