Social Work Research
There are many different ways social workers can become better at helping others and making a difference in the world around them. Through education, experience, and active research, we as social workers can provide better care; gain improved understanding and address difficult issues from different perspectives. Rural Homelessness Study
As social workers we are called on to help families and people in need. Across the United States and around the world, homelessness has become a growing problem as people from all walks of life find themselves facing difficult choices and sometimes, grim outcomes. This is a study of rural homelessness in Maine.
